1. Service Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you are not completely satisfied with the work performed, please contact us within 7 days of service completion, and we will:
- Return to address any concerns at no additional charge
- Make necessary corrections or adjustments
- Discuss alternative solutions to meet your expectations
2. Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- We are unable to perform the requested service
- We cancel the appointment without providing an alternative
- The service was not performed as described or agreed upon
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Service was partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances
- Parts ordered but not used (subject to restocking fees)
- Service scope was reduced at customer's request
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Service call/diagnostic fees once the technician arrives
- Parts that have been installed
- Custom-ordered materials
- Services completed as requested
- Late cancellation fees
3. Cancellation Refunds

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days of service completion
- Provide your service date, technician name, and invoice number
- Describe the issue or reason for the refund request
- Allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue first
5. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Check refunds will be mailed to the address on file
6. Warranty Claims
If you experience issues with a repair covered under our 90-day labor warranty, we will return to fix the problem at no additional charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the original service cost.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, please contact our customer service team to discuss the matter further. We are committed to finding a fair resolution for all parties.
