3. Service Appointments
Scheduling
- Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or through our booking system
- We will confirm appointments via email or phone
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on job complexity
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows may be charged the full service call fee
4. Pricing and Payment
- Service prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual work required
- A service call fee applies to all appointments
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks
- Parts and materials are charged separately from labor
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- We provide a 90-day warranty on labor for most repair services
- Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly to be honored
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
6. Liability Limitations
Market Hub Solutions is not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our services
- Damage resulting from customer-provided parts or equipment
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about service needs
- Ensuring safe access to the service area
- Securing pets during service visits
- Being present or designating a representative during service
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Market Hub Solutions and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Morris County, New Jersey.
